As another LONG day comes to a close at midnight (again), I look back and see it was another really great (but long and hard) day of big improvements. There were three major things that happened today.
NEW BULK EMAIL SERVER
As you know, there are 14 servers in the data center at my office. The rest of our servers are located at the office of our CIO, Jeff Wilson. Today, one of the servers here was dedicated as an email server and designated to handle all of the outbound bulk email tasks for the company. This is the second time we’ve set up a dedicated email server for this purpose. The first time was last December when we set it up on an out-of-state server. It worked “ok” but I didn’t have the level of control I wanted, the server had limited capabilities and it was costly. We OWN this server so there are no additional cost issues. Also, this server can be used not only for our ongoing marketing efforts as we promote ourselves to our members and the public, but also for our Clients as our bulk emailing program gets under way (which I assume will be late this year). I’m using a new domain name for this server: www.globaltmailusa.com . When I used this domain before, I got a lot of bounce-back from people who have been receiving mail from our primary DNS (www.globaltmail.com) for a long time now. I’m not sure about the cause of this problem, but we’ll work through it. Don’t be surprised when you get recorded messages from us asking you to ‘white-list’ this domain. (This means, you need to allow www.globaltmailusa.com to go into your INBOX (and NOT the spam folder) from your email program, whether you use Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or some other program. - In the drop-down menu, click on “Junk Email Options” at the bottom of the list.
- Select the tab: Safe Senders
- Click on the “Add” button and add “@globaltmailusa.com”
- Second Procedure (If one of our emails is found in your Junk or Spam folder)
- Open the Junk E-mail Item
- Right click on our email
- Highlight “Junk Email” to open the drop-down menu
- Click on “Add sender’s domain “@globaltmailusa.com” to Safe Sender’s List

BIGGER OPT-IN DIALING LIST
During the course of the day, I came across a truly exceptional find: MASSIVE VOICE-BROADCAST OPT-IN LIST. The value of this list cannot be underestimated. I am negotiating to acquire it now. They appear to have the necessary proof of opt-in information that we would need for full compliance with the FTC/FCC Telemarketing Rule. This is a critical factor in our decision whether to use this list or not. I’m in discussion with them about it now. The list has about 200 million records and includes both email opt-in and voice-broadcast opt-in. To say the least, this list is worth MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in sales to us. The purchase price is relatively high, though (tens of thousands of dollars). But in my view, it’s well worth the cost if it truly complies with the regulations. Even without this list, we still have access to so many millions of “legal” phone numbers to call that we’re going to be very busy for the foreseeable future.
NEW POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT: LEAD DISTRIBUTION
Because we’re moving in the direction of an aggressive outbound dialing campaign designed to fill up the 2,500 open slots for port assignments, it’s necessary to establish a policy to govern the distribution of these high-quality leads we’re generating. Keep in mind, when we say “LEADS” we don’t mean what others describe as a “lead”. Our leads are true and current responses to advertising about what we sell. These people have a bonafied interest to learn about GlobalTmail and our opportunity. Selling the Asset Management Group membership is not difficult when we talk to people who have a need for this type of information and service. That’s what the GroupCaller does for all of us: Find the INTERESTED parties. We already know our closing percentage is high enough to make this a very lucrative project. Therefore, today we’re announcing the official Lead Distribution Policy which allows Associates who are serious about earning money with us to do so much more efficiently than before. Here is the new policy:
LEAD DISTRIBUTION POLICY

| General Policy | Leads are defined as people who respond directly to promotional advertising from GlobalTmailTM for the purpose of learning about one or more products or services specifically targeted in the Company’s promotional advertising. Leads can be obtained from any promotional advertising efforts of the Company, including but not limited to GroupCallerTM campaigns, email campaigns, SEO or other Internet based campaigns, or any other promotional advertising effort. The purpose of providing Leads to sales people is to assist Associates who wish to close more sales by making it possible for them to meet and make presentations to prospects who have already indicated an interest in the products and/or services we sell, rather than approach family, friends, relatives or other referrals. All leads distributed under this policy are “current” leads, which means they are distributed either in real-time (example: a call transfer from a button-press during a voice broadcast when the recipient asks to speak to a “live operator”) or they are distributed generally within 24 hours or less from the time the prospect requests information about the Company. Leads are made available exclusively to AMG Members under this policy and are not available to non-AMG members unless the non-AMG member enters into a special contract or Addendum to their Associate or AMG membership Agreement, which specifies the conditions under which they will receive Leads. Leads are a limited-quantity item. The number of Leads the Company acquires is sometimes subject to conditions out of our control. Therefore, the Company makes no representation regarding the exact or estimated number of Leads it can produce at any particular time or under any particular promotion. This policy provides a priority order under which Leads are distributed. The Company reserves the right to refuse to deliver Leads to any AMG member or contract holder regardless of their member rank or priority order if the company, in its sole discretion, believes that Member will not effectively respond to the Leads. Leads are available in the priority order in this policy and are distributed on a pro-rated basis according to the pro-ration formula in each of the priority levels below. The Company has the right to select and to alter its method of delivering Leads to Associates, whether through its own website, via email or some other method and may change such distribution methods at any time without notice. To receive leads, an Associate/AMG Member must request the leads from the company, indicate the number of leads they wish to receive per time period (i.e. how many are needed per day, per week, etc.) and keep a record of their contact efforts and the result of such efforts with each Lead under a method as prescribed by the Company. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for its Leads at any time and for any amount it deems necessary to meet its business purposes. When charging a fee for Leads, the terms of any contract/addendum shall take priority over any general policy set by the Company for pricing on Leads. Leads will be distributed under the following terms and priority order. |
| Contract or Addendum Holder | Anyone who has entered a special contract or addendum for leads has first priority rights to Leads. Unless otherwise specified in the special contract, all contract/addendum holders will have equal access to Leads, and Leads will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis in the order of the contract/addendum date. The number of Leads specified by the contract/addendum or the number as mutually agreed between the Parties will be distributed in the order in which the Company acquires the leads to the first contract holder, then to the second and so forth until all Leads have been distributed for that day. After all Leads have been distributed to the contract/addendum holders for any given day, the excess Leads will be distributed next to those AMG Platinum Members who have requested Leads. |
