The “snap” is our term for a fast reply when anyone asks “What’s GlobalTmail” or “What do you DO?” We have created many snaps in the past year, and I like the newest version best so far. Let me know what you think. It tells people exactly what we do but without any detail. I think it gets them asking questions, and at the same time, if they’re just making small talk and don’t care what we do anyway, they just sort of say “Oh, OK, that’s nice….” and move on.

Answer: It’s a message delivery and instant alert service.
That pretty much says it in a nutshell. But of course, people aren’t really going to know what it means or really what we DO unless they get a more thorough explanation. So far, we’ve had pretty good response. Please email me after you’ve tried this or similar versions of it and let me know how it’s working for you so I can pass it on to others.
