Yesterday I spent 3 hours with an attorney I had met last year at CEO Space. We came to an agreement by which he will represent the company in our general legal matters together with his specialty as a Registered Patent Attorney. I signed an agreement with him and in exchange he will be reviewing various legal issues and this year will begin the process of Intellectual Property protection for the company, which includes copyrights, trademarks and patents. His name is Brent Burningham, and I am pleased to introduce him and welcome him to the team of quality professionals who are all working toward building a sizeable company out of our concept.
I’m sorry I missed posting an article the past 2 days. Jeff came down with pneumonia on Tuesday. This will naturally slow our progress because he isn’t available at the moment to interface with Ahmed, our Pakistan programmer. I am doing my best to fill in but I don’t have the expertise for some of the tasks that must be accomplished. I wish Jeff well in his recovery; I know he was seen by a doctor and prescribed medication so I am sure he is trying to recover as quickly as possible.
Ahmed has done some testing and ran into some technical issues with respect to our network and connecting to the VoIP provider. These issues are being addressed daily and should be resolved soon. I am sure Ahmed has the skill to tackle these problems and I expect he will make good progress by tonight or tomorrow.
It isn’t surprising to me that we haven’t yet begun dialing. I’m giving you a blow-by-blow description most week days now regarding the final development progress of this GroupCallertm system. Don’t be discouraged when you see it takes longer than expected to “put the frosting on the cake”. What Ahmed is doing is the culmination of years of work, and will result in a system capable of reaching 10’s of millions of people with our message this year. Of course the company will change virtually overnight during the coming several months. I expect we’ll reach the first Phase I milestone of 400 AMG Members within 3 months or less of fully implementing our dialing campaign. Once this happens, we’ll bring back several of our technical staff that had to be laid off and recruit a few new people. That will put us within sight of a full blown roll out of all the IT applications on the drawing board!
We have lots of reason for optimism, so I hope you will continue being patient as we work our through these normal issues pertaining to the development of a massive software/hardware project. I’ll place another article tomorrow to let you know about Jeff and Ahmed and what they may have accomplished in the next 24 hours.
