In light of the new capabilities we’re building into the GroupCallertm system, I spent most of the day re-writing and crafting a new set of policies designed to make the lead assignment process as fair and equitable as possible, while remaining efficient and profitable for the company. The policy itself is governed by one overriding principle:
“This policy is governed by the principle that the distribution of leads must result in a profit to the company. This means that after subtracting all commissions, bonus, and the expense of generating the leads, the amount received from the use of the leads must be greater than the amount spent. “
When we begin our voice broadcast campaign, we expect this will permanently change the company and make us a profitable enterprise for the first time; and we expect profitability to come during 2011. We also expect that we’ll see a number of “rising stars” in our Associate community as we build the infrastructure during this first phase of our 2-phase marketing strategy.
The campaign itself operates like a cold-calling voice broadcast campaign, but it has all the professional elements of a highly sophisticated call center as well. This means we’ll be able to set up Associates in their own home so they can log onto our server and receive calls from people in real-time as those people “Press 1 to speak to a live operator.” We believe this will give Associates the best chance of all to capture the imagination and interest of those people who respond, bring them into a webinar and then follow up with a sale.
I have placed the entire text of the lead distribution policy below. Please study it, especially if you intend to use one of our “Agent Seats” (this is our software that you’ll run from your own PC that transfers live calls of interested parties to you). But the general policy can be explained in just a few steps, as follows:
- All Associates are entitled to qualify for and use our Agent Seats so they can sell to people who already want to know about us. An “Agent Seat” is simply a term that describes the software on the Associates PC that allows us to transfer calls to them and follow up on those calls. Essentially, it’s the same thing you would find in any modern call center.

AMG Members are entitled to receive these leads without having to buy or rent them. However, they must maintain a certain closing percentage to continue receiving them.

Non-AMG Members may also use the Agent Seats but they must rent the seats and pay for the leads. They must also maintain a minimum closing percentage.
Of course like any comprehensive system, we had to draft comprehensive rules to make it work efficiently. But the bottom line is simple: We can now offer an unprecedented business and income opportunity for anyone who’s willing to do a little work (those with no work ethic need not join us). While we cannot guarantee incomes or outcomes, this is the closest thing to a ‘guaranteed income’ I’ve ever seen, because the Associate does NOT have to rely on family, friends and acquaintances to make money. They just have to talk to people who already WANT to know about us. I’m expecting we’ll begin testing next week, just before the end of the month. Although we’re a month behind what I had hoped to be, nonetheless, it appears we’ll arrive “OK” just the same!

Definition of “Lead” |

Purpose of Providing Leads |
The purpose of providing Leads to sales people is to assist Associates who wish to close more sales by making it possible for them to meet people who are already interested in our services. This makes it possible to avoid most of the negative feedback that results from prospecting, and makes the Associate’s time far more valuable. Acquiring leads from the company provides an easy method of reaching out beyond family, friends, relatives or other referrals. For those who don’t wish to sell to people they already know, acquiring company-generated leads provides a clear path to success while relieving the Associate from the requirement of making sales to people they already know. We realize most people in need of more income hesitate to make sales to people they know, so we made lead generation a vital part of the services offered to Associates. |

Type of Leads |
All leads distributed under this policy are “current” leads. This means each lead is distributed to an appropriate Associate ASAP after we receive it. For example, a call transfer from a key-press during a voice broadcast when the called party asks to speak to a “live operator” results in a “real-time” lead. Or, if the called party leaves their contact information after hearing a pre-recorded phone call, the lead is emailed or made available online and the Associate to whom the person is assigned is expected to make contact right away (within minutes or hours, and at the latest, within 24 hours). Or, after entering their contact info on a web form from online advertising, the leads are distributed to Associates soon after the time the prospect requests a contact from us. Fast or instant response to an inquiry is essential to the economic viability of providing leads for Associates. |

Agent Seats are available to all Associates under the terms of this policy.
