It’s done! Well, of course “done” doesn’t really mean “ready to use'”. But the weekend yielded great progress for our massive GroupCaller project. All the software is pretty much finished. Today we’ll begin the tuning, tweaking and debugging process. There are some known issues, such as
- modifying internal port assignments to make the Agent console available to the outside world (i.e. this is what will allow Associates to log into their GroupCaller Agent Seat Account from their home and receive calls from people wanting to know more about us),
- inserting our logo to customize the look & feel of the system,
- connecting with and testing our VoIP provider,
- creating the actual “call scripts” that drive the software. A call script is the administrative instruction to the software that tells it what database to call, what recordings to use, what sequence to play the recordings in, where to record the answers, etc.
So there is still plenty of internal work left before we can roll out and begin making calls. But the encouraging part is that it appears to me the entire GroupCaller package is installed now and is ready for this final setup and testing phase. I’m confident we’ll be making calls this week, hopefully by Wednesday. The first few days we’ll only use one Agent (Nathan) and this Saturday we plan to add Melanie. Next week, I hope to add two more Agent Seats (Patience and Keith). Once our systems are working well with these first four ‘spear-head’ Associate/Agents, we’ll open up the GroupCallertm for the use of all Associates under the policies published a few days ago.
Here’s a Useage Qualification Table which provides a snapshot of the requirements of using a GroupCallertm Agent Seat. Notice that those who are “Contract Holders” or are paid-in-full AMG members have the best deal. The 3rd column, titled “# Leads Included With Associate Status (Full Paid /Financed)” has 2 numbers. The first number shows how many leads (calls passed through to you while you are logged into the system) are transferred to you before you must either meet the minimum closing qualification or share commissions with an Account Executive (or alternately you can pay for leads). We haven’t yet determined the minimum closing percentage required. The second number shows the number of leads passed through to those who finance their AMG Membership instead of paying in full.
The bottom line here is the fact that ALL Associates have access to the GroupCallertm to locate interested prospects to whom they can present our services and sell the AMG Membership. Also, you will notice that training is required to use the Agent Seats in your home. Your Trainer is compensated by sharing your commission on the first 3 sales made from this system. After training, AMG members must meet a minimum closing percentage to retain their Seat. If the closing percnetage is not achieved, AMG members have the choice of sharing commissions with an Account Executive who will close sales on their behalf, or paying in advance for leads (through the company store). This table provides an overview of requirements to use Agent Seats, but is not intended to show the detail of policy regarding their use.

If you have any questions about this table, or the Agent Seat policies, please contact me directly. We’ll hold training sessions on this subject after all 4 of our spear-head team are functioning so we can open it up for general use.
