Wouldn’t you know it? As soon as the new IP’s were configured, Ahmed got sick and had to go on medication. He tells us he should be well enough to continue the project Friday, though. He asked us to go ahead and schedule a time to continue the work on Friday. We’re expecting the system to be fully functional after Friday’s meeting. At that time, we’ll begin making test calls to a tiny database of test numbers (“you know who you are!”).
For me, this has been a long haul. The concept for GlobalTmailtm and the Voicemail Contact Centertm was created in the fall of 2005, formal software development began in the spring of 2006, and here we are in May of 2011, finally ready to roll out the very first of several IT applications that make us the only one-stop-shop of it's kind, pulling together the primary message-delivery platforms that work through Internet Technology so advertisers and others can quickly and easily coordinate their campaigns and communications needs with their groups and with the public in general. GroupCallertm forms the base platform for the subscription service that we believe will eventually be our largest source of revenue. I expect shortly after we begin using the system to promote ourselves and demonstrate its power as a marketing device, AMG membership sales will increase dramatically. We always knew the most important aspect of selling was the ability to demonstrate, not just present. Now we’re only a few days away from actually making those demonstrations.
The Money Messagingtm manual is also coming along nicely. I’m up to 81 pages as of the end of the day yesterday and expect to complete most of it by late tonight. Tomorrow I’ll do final layout, indexing, cleanup and have my proof reader and editor review it for necessary pre-publishing changes.
I expect continual updates just like any software system. The reason for the updates is that fully 1/3 of the manual is a training guide for our Remote Agents who are using GroupCallertm from their homes. As the software matures and develops, modifications have to be made to the manual. Also, policies will change to reflect the current status of our development so the manual needs to be continually updated to reflect any new policies. As we begin introducing our IT applications in the coming monthsof operating our Phase I marketing strategy, I’ll need to update each IT app description to include screen shots and instructions showing how to use them.
You should note that, because of these anticipated continual updates to Money Messagingtm, this manual is sold as an annual subscription and is commissionable. It will be made available through the company store, through a special website that will promote it, and also through Clickbank and other affiliate marketing sources to start. Rather than make it a downloadable product, I’m planning post it online so it is continually updated. Anytime it is viewed by anyone, they’ll always see the most recent edition. This will, of course, be a password protected product available only to those who are paid subscribers or AMG Members.
Feel free to post your comments if you wish. I’ll be here at the console most of the day and night.
