I’m sorry I wasn’t able to get more articles posted this week. It seems the closer we get to the roll-out of GroupCallertm the busier and more intense the work becomes. I’ll give you a quick update here b/c it’s getting late and I have to start early on Saturday (again). Basically, everyday this week, Jeff, my self and Ahmed (from Pakistan) have been conferencing together using a variety of online tools to resolve a number of technical issues such as internal network connections, campaign program-script writing (as opposed to sales-script writing) and Ahmed training Jeff and I regarding the inner workings of the software and how to administer it for managers and remote agents. Let’s skip the technical jargon and say …. “it’s intense. I haven’t really come up for air this week, but tonight I feel a real need to get an update especially seeing that I got several messages wondering what happened to these updates.
GroupCallertm
The entire system is installed and it works. BUT, that doesn’t mean we can use it yet. As I mentioned, we’re having to deal with many network issues that must be resolved to ensure that we’ll be able to expand the system as the demand warrants it; we’re expecting a rapid growth phase to follow the first four to six weeks of operation. We do NOT expect much growth nor many sales during the first 6 weeks because it’s going to take that long just to truly learn how to use, manage and administer the equivalent of a several-thousand seat call center with work-at-home agents all over the country, and some in foreign countries. The scheduling alone is a nightmare, not to mention CRM (customer relationship management software that allows the work of many agents to be managed by a few supervisors and managers), extensive training for an ongoing stream of NEW workers, and conducting an ever-increasing number of webinars. It’s a tall order to say the least, and in the past 2 months of finishing off the voice broadcast system, we discovered just how ill-prepared we are to deal with a fast-growing enterprise. Those issues are being dealt with each day which is one reason I have not taken the time to write very much this week. I hope to do better next week with several short articles.
The bottom line for this week is that we discovered we need a few more static IP’s. For those of you who don’t know what that means, basically it just means we have to pay a little more, they were ordered today, and we have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday for delivery; and only THEN will we fix the network issues we uncovered this week. And to continue…only AFTER we install the new static IP’s will we be able to continue and fix the problems. I’ll keep you posted. But don’t feel badly…these are permanent solutions and will take us from nearly ‘no revenue’ to doing a substantial monthly cash flow in the matter of only a few months.
New Logo
Since this software is our own system, and it will be installed in the homes of many people, branding was needed. We’ll begin using the term GroupCallertm for both the mass voice broadcast system and remote agent opportunity, as well as a term to replace GroupCast. We cannot use GroupCast because it’s owned by another company. You’ll see our new logo frequently in the future:

New Operations Manual and eBook
To become an Agent on GroupCallertm does take some time and effort. I have completed about 50 pages of an operations manual this week and I expect it will be more than 100 pages and published as an ebook within the next several days. This is one of the projects that I absolutely must complete BEFORE we’re able to start selling through this new system. The reason for this is the simple fact that, as soon as we make that FIRST sale, the new customer needs a complete instruction manual showing them what to do. They’ll also need webinar-style training as well as one-on-one coaching. If we expect to make many sales at all, we have to make sure we have to tools to help these people succeed BEFORE we start selling, or they’re all going to fail. We can’t allow that to happen.
Just to whet your appetite a little, here’s the cover of this new ebook/software system. It’s actually a multi-media ebook and includeds embedded videos and links showing what to do, plus the complete agent operating manual that guides a person through the setup and use of their very own call center seat right in their own home.
I created what I believe is a professional looking cover for this publication and titled it “Money Messaging” to use it as a combined training and marketing tool for the company. We’ll use this ebook to attract even more new sign-ups. It will sell for $39.95 as an annual subscription through Clickbank, Plimus and other online affiliate marketing companies. It’s sold as a subscription because I expect many updates which users will need. I’ll be posting it to those firms and recruit their Affiliates to do some online marketing once it’s ready to go. I expect this book to be ready for publication within a week, maybe less.
Also, I’m posting it next week in our company store so anyone who wants one can go online and buy it for instant download. All fully-paid AMG members are entitled to a free copy, just let me know you want one and I’ll send the download link privately to your email. If you’re not a paid-in-full AMG member, you can subscribe to it online.
Fully paid AMG members are entitled to a free subscription. This operations manual is designed as a subscription, more than just an ebook. That’s because we’ll make frequent updates as the software matures, and as our marketing systems develops. This first edition is (of course) Version 1.0. Those who purchase the subscription are entitled to free updates as long as their annual subscription is current. I expect many, many updates during the first year.
Those of you on our Spearhead team know who you are. We won’t be starting till late next week due to the networking problems I mentioned earlier. But you can expect to hear from me by mid-week concerning your role, and helping us with final testing before we start the real mass-dialing campaign. Progress has been great! And exhausting … see ya back here very soon!
