When we finally began focusing our marketing efforts on the sale of our main product (GroupCallertm), I discovered that we didn't have a good method of accepting orders for voice broadcast campaigns from customers and setting them up. As a result I created an ordering system designed to walk a new Client through the campaign set up procedure.
Please feel free to check out this new process by accessing the campagin order form. There are a number of links associated with the set up of a campaign. You can get to the first one by following the link in the instruction area of the order form which ties to the Campaign Set Up and Order Table. You should also study the Rate Table. These links will provide you a wealth of information regarding all the details required to set up a successful voice broadcast campaign.
Essentially, there are 8 actions and/or decisions that have to be completed by each Client to set up each campaign they wish to run. After the first campaign is set up, some of these don't need to be repeated and the process becomes much easier and faster. The eight steps are:
- Register as a GlobalTmail Client
- Select the type of voice broadcast campaign needed
- Select one of 3 Client subscriptions allowing deep discounted pricing, or opt for the Standard Client which pays "ala carte" for all services
- Decide which database or customer list to call
- Create & record the sales or announcement script
- Decide which area codes will be dialed & ensure the Client is subscribed for each area code
- Arrange for the inbound Caller ID and automated opt-out phone line
- Decide whether or not to use our Transcription Service to capture leads & place them in the client database automatically
Each element above is very important when running a campaign. Each one is explained in detail and has appropriate links to execute the required element, such as buy a database, subscribe & pay for Do Not Call area codes, buy the inbound Caller ID, pay for Transcription Services, etc. It may seem that the process is somewhat cumbersome, but it's not bad at all when I walk a client through the process. After the first campaign, subsequent campaigns become much easier to set up. After going through it once or twice, I expect Clients will be able to go through the entire process with minimal or no direct participation from us until they SUBMIT the order. I expect many new Clients to sign up with us this year, so this process will likely be used a lot!
