I have accounted for most of the arrearages from the summer now and most of the commission/bonus software has been updated. Jeff Wilson (chief programmer) and I still have not completed the final auditing review, but I believe the numbers are relatively close so I’ll be issuing statements and sending checks tomorrow that I had hoped would have been mailed last Friday. Also, please be advised that your online statements and/or Downline and Earnings reports may not be completely accurate as of this writing. We continue to work diligently to resolve these issues and ask for your patience as we continue our prototype development of all GlobalTmail systems (including the Compensation Plan modules).
This week, we’ll begin to catch up on commission and bonus payments that were missed between July 9 and September 24, a total of exactly 12 weekly payment periods. During this time, all individual commissions exceeding $100 (Note: “NOT” bonus, but COMMISSION amounts ONLY) have been paid in full. Also, a handful of larger payments to the small handful of Associates who made NEW and LARGER sales for the company during this past 12 weeks, resulting in the revenue we need to survive as a company have been paid as well. Here is a breakdown showing the average size of weekly payments that we missed during the summer:
COMMISSION/BONUS AMOUNT | TOTAL NUMBER OF CHECKS | PERCENT OF TOTAL |
Less than $10.00 each | 62 | 56.88% |
$10.01 to $20.00 | 18 | 16.51% |
$20.01 to $100.00 | 16 | 14.68% |
Greater than $100.00 | 13 | 11.93% |
TOTAL | 109 | 100.00% |
Obviously, the funds represented here by the gross revenue on these commission/bonus payments was not nearly enough to keep this company afloat during the summer. In fact the gross revenue from the commission and bonus amounts above was barely enough to pay the electricity and Internet connection expense plus a handful of other small expenses. So how did we survive the summer? That’s where the good news comes in!
Answer: We learned to make “big-ticket sales.”
If you have been following the blog, and if you have been in touch with me during the summer to a significant degree, you’ll know we developed a new marketing and sales strategy for the PRG. The result is the recently announced Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships. The new policies introduced and posted on the website, the policies and procedures page, and through this blog provide the answer as to “how” we survived. The great news is the fact that for those few Associates who helped develop the system, income actually INCREASED substantially over the summer months. In fact, I am expecting to write about some great success stories before the end of this year due to our new-found ability to generate revenues significantly higher than at any time before.
What this means for any ambitious Associate is the ability to make more money, quickly. Please contact me if you have not been actively pursuing GlobalTmail PRG sales so we can show you the new program, how it works and how to make money from it.
I expect to mail statements plus partial payment checks tomorrow. Please do not expect these payments to comprise a big percentage of the total amounts due. Our only source of funds for catching up is new sales of the PRG. We work hard at this every day and invite all Associates who wish to join us in this effort to do so. The more sales we make, the faster we catch up. The GREAT NEWS is that only 2 Platinum PRG sales within a 10-day time frame will catch us up 100%! What a difference from the old sales strategy!
I also expect to be issuing full commission AND bonus payments with each new fully paid Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership we sell, beginning with new funds that arrive from these sales between today and the end of the week. We’ll be able to remain current on all NEW sales from today forward due to the fact that the sales amount is in the thousands of dollars each instead of in the “tens” of dollars each. The amounts in arrears will be caught up from the excess revenue generated from these larger sales.
Once again, as I have expressed in the past, I regret the delinquency of these commission/bonus payments from the past 12 weeks and the lack of ability to provide accurate statements. But with this summer’s challenge came the seeds of a system that is finally bringing enough revenue to us to survive, and allow those of you who wish to pursue this business more vigorously, the chance to make very substantial earnings before the end of this year.
