Today marks the 7th day our new Pakistan programmer has been laboring to complete the system and make it operational. He originally thought it would be a 6-day project, but it’s taking longer than expected (surprise, surprise). I am in contact with him daily and know he is doing an excellent job.
Right now, he is resolving some networking issues between our internal servers and the Internet, making it possible for our Remote Agents to effectively log into our server here so they can get calls from the prospects we locate through our voice broadcast effort. He’s also working on the Call Flow. I sent him a message this morning asking exactly when his new estimate of our launch is. I haven’t yet heard back.
I thought I would show you the call flow chart I created for him a couple days ago. This is the actually flow chart of what happens when the system initiates a phone call. I thought you might be interested to see just a little of the internal documents we pass back and forth in the development of the project. This chart represents the call flow for our very first campaign, designed to locate prospects for the AMG Membership. If you don’t understand it, don’t worry…or you can email me if you have any specific questions. I just thought you might be interested in this two-page document (sorry, I know the text is a little small and fuzzy … hope you can read it!):
Good day! In your article did you use the data from any studies or here are totally your own thought? Can't wait to see your answer.
